Your Care

The practice provides private dental care to all new patients allowing ample time to discuss any further treatment required to maintain good oral health. Anyone joining the practice will be asked to complete a medical history form and we ask you to provide us with details of any current medication, allowing us to discuss in detail your dental requirements. We continually focus on both the development and improvement of the clinical and non-clinical aspects of the care of our patients.

Treatments

We are able to provide our patients with a high standard of care enhanced by the use of good quality materials, whether this treatment involves restorations (fillings) or periodontal (gum) treatment provided by our fully qualified dental hygienist. We offer a range of more specialised treatment including the use of veneers, crown, bridgework and tooth whitening.

Appointments

We hope to offer convenient appointments to suit everyone, with David providing 8am slots. Through our computerised recall system, we can send out reminders at the appropriate time to help maintain your oral health. Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given there may be a charge.

Practice Payment Policy

It is our practice policy to provide our patients with a written estimate and treatment plan to explain the cost of any dental work before any treatment is undertaken. In the event of further treatment being required we endeavour to provide patients with a revised estimate. We try to make payment as straightforward as possible. Our normal policy is that all patients are asked to pay a proportion each visit with any remaining balance paid in full upon completion of treatment. You may pay for your dental care by cash, cheque and most major credit/debit cards.

Complaints Procedure

The General Dental Council (GDC) has set up a new complaints service for private dentistry. Whilst we hope that you will never have cause to use this service we are duty bound to inform you of its existence and remind you that a full complaints procedure is in place at the practice.
